Sweet Summer Time

• Stay hydrated. Float several slices of your favorite fruit (lemon, cucumber, lime) in a pitcher of ice cold water, and sip all day long.  You can also add to a nice glass of wine or green tea.
• Schedule alone time. Unplug from your electronic devices and don’t think about your to-do lists.
• Treat your skin. Take some time to exfoliate and moisturize the largest organ of your body.
